You may apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the goods (based on the logistics delivery receipt date).

Return and exchange requests will not be accepted after 30 days.

II. Return and Exchange Conditions Items meeting all of the following conditions are eligible for return and exchange:

The item is unused, unwashed, and shows no obvious signs of wear.
The item retains its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
The item is free of stains, odors, and human-caused damage.
Provide a complete order number and proof of purchase.

III. Situations Where Returns and Exchanges Are Not Supported

Items that have been used, washed, or show obvious signs of wear.
Items returned more than 30 days ago due to personal reasons (e.g., size doesn’t fit but has been worn, color is disliked but there is no quality issue).
Items damaged, lost, or with incomplete accessories due to improper storage.
Items that have exceeded the return/exchange period.

IV. Return and Exchange Process

Log in to your account, find the corresponding order in “My Orders,” and click “Apply for Return/Exchange.”

Fill in the reason for return/exchange and upload photos of the item (clear photos from multiple angles).

After submitting the application, our customer service will review it within 48 hours.

After approval, you need to return the item to the designated address as instructed.

After the item is returned, we will conduct a quality inspection and confirmation within 3-5 business days.

V. Refund Instructions

Refund Amount = Product Amount (excluding shipping)

Refund will be processed via the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)

Refund Arrival Time: Usually within 5-10 business days after quality inspection and confirmation (subject to the processing speed of the payment institution).

If the order used coupons or discounts, the discount amount will be deducted proportionally from the refund.

VI. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only supported for the same style in different sizes or colors (if stock is sufficient).

The customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs incurred for exchanges.

If you need to exchange for other styles, it is recommended to return the item first and then place a new order.

VII. Shipping Costs

Initial Shipping Costs: The portion borne by the platform is non-refundable.
Return/Exchange Shipping Costs: Beared by the customer (trackable logistics methods are recommended).

Returns/Exchanges due to product quality issues: We will bear the round-trip shipping costs (relevant proof is required).
